Saudi Railways has launched a booking confirmation SMS & Email Alert facility to keep passengers informed of their itinerary details. SMS Alert is yet another value addition from Saudi Railways to enhance passenger convenience. Passengers will find it very useful to receive notifications of their travel information on their mobile phones and email.
Passengers can receive Arabic or English notifications. This SERVICE is applicable to passengers who have booked their tickets from Saudi Railways website, Call Center or Ticket Sales Offices.
To get the details of your booking through SMS & Email, we urge all passengers to provide their valid mobile phone numbers & email Id’s at the time of booking, in order to ensure that they are contacted. |
