Discounted tickets are issued to students and people with special needs (disabled persons) and the persons accompanying them.
Secondly:
the SRO's Ordinary Trains categorized into three classes:
- Al-Rihab, , which is the most luxurious; passengers on this Class enjoy soft and cozy seats and larger spaces, in addition to access to TV and newspapers. Also there are internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the stations as well as refreshments and snacks.
- Al-Taleaa is the second best in terms of luxury, comfort and cabin space.
- Al Qafela is the ordinary class and it comes after Al-Taleaa. Discounted tickets (50%) are issued to students and people with special needs (disabled persons) and the persons accompanying them.
