Automated Response System
Saudi Railways automates its Contact Centre and introduces a new hotline in addition to the 92000886 effective 7th of March, 2012. This modernized contact center will provide a world class customer experience using one of the latest automation systems. The automation offers Saudi Railways passengers and visitors an improved real time response to all ticket and non-ticket related queries, travel bookings, resolution of issues, updates on Saudi Railways and other information.

The IVR application serves the passengers by providing the following services:
• Make a booking.
• Check the status of your booking.
• Get Train Schedule.
• Get Fare information.
• Information about Saudi Railways Organization

Information:
• Bookings through IVR can be made up to 3 hours prior to train departure.
• Multiple passengers and multiple passenger types can be booked in a single reservation. The service is available for all routes.
• IVR only supports passenger bookings. Tickets can be purchased online on our website or at nearest station / Authorized Sales Agent (Al Tayyar)
• The reservations department can be reached on all weekdays between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saudi Time. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you and provide necessary information.

Exceptions:
• Reservation through IVR system is possible only if all the passengers have travelled before with Saudi Railways.
• A maximum of 7 passenger bookings can be made through IVR.
• Discounted Reservations are not supported by IVR system. ;
