SRO appreciates your trust and choice to travel on its new trains and would like to draw your attention that the operation of these trains is still in testing phase under the responsibility and supervision of the manufacturer, which may result in some operational constrains that accompany the operation of any new trains.

We are presently working hard to overcome these troubles via the completion of implementation of a number of development projects including, the duplication of the rail line and the construction of the crossings as well as the project of creating a fence along the railway line.

These projects and others aimed at developing the infrastructure of the railway and enhancing levels of safety, so as to run the new high speed trains that reduces the travel time and provide a high level of safety and quality.

We are always proud of your trust, and we apologize for any inconvenience happens because of the delay in the departure or arrival time of the trains.
